RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. We take great care to ensure the quality of our live plants and accessories. Due to the delicate nature of live plants, all plant sales are final. However, if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit where applicable. For accessories, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please reach out to our customer support team for assistance with any return inquiries—we’re here to help ensure your experience is exceptional. 


 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at support@thegildedmonstera.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

 

Please Note

 

         Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items that are damaged, altered may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
